Role Description The Key Account Executive – Hospitality Tech role is a full-time, remote position focused on managing and growing strategic hotel accounts across target markets. The individual in this role will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their operational and commercial goals, and aligning GoYaana’s platform capabilities to those needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding new hotel partners, conducting product demonstrations, coordinating platform rollouts with operations and technology teams, and monitoring usage and performance metrics to drive adoption and revenue growth. The role involves identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing account plans and business reviews, resolving issues promptly in collaboration with customer success and product teams, and gathering client feedback to inform product enhancements. The Key Account Executive will also support sales initiatives, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and represent GoYaana at industry meetings, webinars, and virtual events. This is a founder-adjacent role with direct ownership of the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years sales experience, B2B SaaS preferred; hospitality SaaS background strongly preferred
- Existing relationships with hotel owners/GMs/F&B managers a strong plus
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection — this is a high-volume, high-hustle role
- Excellent spoken/written English + regional language a plus (Hindi minimum, South Indian language a bonus depending on target cities)
- Self-starter — you'll work directly with a small, lean founding team, no hand-holding
