Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Key Account Manager. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs, and ensuring seamless coordination across transport, warehousing, and distribution services. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, manage contracts, analyze client-specific data, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth. The role also involves project planning, monitoring logistics operations, resolving client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in client management, contract negotiation, and customer service
• Experience in project management, route planning, logistics coordination, and problem-solving
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes
• Knowledge of logistics solutions, including transport, warehousing, and distribution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with logistics management tools
• Prior experience in transport, supply chain, or logistics industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
