We are hiring PAN India (Remote) and On-Site in Mumbai (Powai β Boomerang).
βͺ 1. Role Overview :
π You will close high-ticket B2B SaaS deals in the hospitality space
π§ This is a pure closing role β backed by strong data, qualified leads, and ML insights
π― Focus: conversations β conversions β revenue
β« 2. Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
π 2.1. Close deals via calls, demos, and sharp follow-ups
π 2.2 Own the full funnel: connect β qualify β present β close
π 2.3. Manage key accounts + bring in new business
π§© 2.4. Work on ML-backed, pre-qualified leads (no blind hunting)
ποΈ 2.5. Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline clarity
βͺ 3. Daily & Monthly KPIs
π² 3.1. 60 connects per day

3.2. 10 qualified leads per day
π» 3.3 ~2 Demos per day
β±οΈ 3.4 ~4 hours attempted talk time / 3 hours minimum talk time
π° 3.5. Target: 5X of base compensation
β« 4. Compensation
π» Remote: βΉ25,000 β βΉ35,000/month + Monthly Commisions.
π’ On-Site (Mumbai): βΉ35,000 β βΉ45,000/month + Monthly Commisions.
πΈ Incentives:
βͺοΈ Commission starts after 2X of base
βͺοΈ Earn 20% β 30% on closures.

π 5.1. 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (strict range)
