About The Role

We are hiring a Key Account Manager with strong experience in B2B / corporate sales within the EdTech or IT training industry. The role involves managing enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized learning solutions aligned with client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key corporate clients
  • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify and schedule meetings with decision-makers (HR, L&D, Procurement, CXOs)
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized training solutions (Cloud, IT, or professional courses)
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track and report account performance, forecasts, and revenue metrics
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure closure within defined timelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2+ years of B2B / corporate sales experience (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in EdTech, IT training, or learning solutions sales
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have)

  • Experience selling cloud training (AWS, Azure, GCP) or professional certification courses
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B prospecting and client engagement
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market client handling
