KRA – Key Account Manager
1. Interdepartmental Coordination
Ensure smooth coordination with all departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Procurement, etc.) for timely execution of tasks and business requirements.
2. Business Analytics & Strategic Insights
Analyze business performance, identify trends, prepare actionable insights, and support decision-making for growth and efficiency.
3. Job Assignment & Follow-Up
Assign responsibilities to team members, monitor task progress, ensure timely completion, and maintain accountability.
4. Recruitment & Talent Management
Support manpower planning, coordinate recruitment processes, shortlist candidates, and assist in onboarding key resources.
5. Appointment & Scheduling Management
Manage meetings, client appointments, internal reviews, and ensure proper follow-up with stakeholders.
6. Business Development & Client Relationship
Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, support negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth.
7. MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, business performance reports, and management presentations.
8. CRM / Zoho Upgradation & Process Improvement
Lead Zoho updates, improve CRM utilization, optimize workflows, and enhance reporting efficiency.
9. Team Coordination & Leadership
Guide teams, improve collaboration, resolve bottlenecks, and drive productivity.
10. Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs, monitor project/business performance, and suggest corrective actions for improvement.
