As we grow, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Project & Product Manager to join our team and help bring our ideas to life — from concept to launch.

About The Role

As our new Project & Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development and go-to-market initiatives. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure we stay on track while maintaining a clear overview of all moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage beauty product development projects from ideation to launch
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, operations, and supply chain teams
• Implement and maintain project tracking using modern tools like Asana or Jira
• Apply agile project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Maintain high standards of organization, communication, and stakeholder engagement
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Around 5 years of experience in a fast-moving environment, preferably in a beauty-, beauty start-up or tech company (Meta, Google, Amazon, Atlassian)
• Strong working knowledge of modern project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
• Affinity and passion for the beauty industry
• Experience with agile methodologies
• A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep a clear overview
• Decisive, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Strong sense of responsibility and drive to get things done
