The Coordinator, Colleague Village is responsible for being an ambassador of the colleague experience, which includes welcoming new colleagues, managing the front desk, handling mail deliveries, organizing colleague events, etc.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of colleague rooms and shared spaces, including the training room, offices, common areas, restrooms, and laundry facilities, reporting and documenting any issues or damages

Monitor the correct use and storage of cleaning equipment, supplies, and chemicals, as well linens, to prevent misuse and minimize waste

Brainstorm, organize, and execute colleague engagement events, wellness activities, and special initiatives as assigned

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director, Human Resources, Manager, Human Resources, Manager, Colleague Housing, or other members of the Management team
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer programs

Strong written and verbal communication skills
