Position Overview:
A client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ERP Specialist to support and optimize their ERP system, with a strong focus on Infor XA. This role is critical in driving data visibility, improving business processes, and enhancing reporting capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to support continuous improvement initiatives and empower data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, support, and optimize the Infor XA ERP system to ensure system reliability and performance
- Develop, manage, and enhance dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
- Design and deliver reporting solutions, including ad hoc and standardized reports
- Leverage Power BI to create and maintain visualizations, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support ERP-related projects, upgrades, and integrations
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training as needed
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems
