Responsibilities Our newest opportunity is for a talented project Director to join our award winning team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for a Project Director to lead the delivery of a prestigious mega project in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-profile project with an international impact, and we need an experienced leader to oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of the project. We envisage success in this role to include; Leadership & Management: Providing overall direction and leadership for the project team, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all parties involved. Lead a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and consultants. Project Planning: Developing and implementing the project strategy, schedule, and cost management plan. Ensure all project milestones are met and identify and mitigate any risks to the project's success. Stakeholder Engagement: Managing and liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest quality standards and complies with all relevant local regulations and codes. Implement quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Budget & Cost Control: Overseeing the project budget, ensuring cost-effective management of resources. Track and report on project financials, ensuring that the project stays within budget. Contract Administration: Managing and overseeing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that terms and conditions are adhered to and that disputes are resolved promptly. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations. Reporting: Providing regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and any corrective actions taken. Sustainability & Innovation: Promoting the use of innovative solutions and sustainable practices throughout the project.
