People Systems Program Manager

The People Systems Program Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and continuously improving our people systems and processes at Kenvue. This includes performance management, compensation, learning and development, and talent acquisition systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving people systems change and optimization at scale, and a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and their practical application. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People & Culture leadership to ensure our people systems enable a world-class employee experience.
