What You Will Do The position is responsible for- Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation and finalization of Monthly/Quarterly P&L reports for Kenvue US Corporate. This involves collaborating with the Finance team to ensure accurate accounting of revenue, costs, taxes, and analytical reviews against budgets. Completing month/quarter-end financial documentation, including ERP to Corporate Reported Financials, GL tie-out reports for P&L, and Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations. Assisting with the quarterly preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss presentations for the Finance Director. Performing validation checks and preparing multiple reports for quarterly submissions. Key Responsibilities Drive compliance culture and ensure audit readiness for A2R processes, including regular reviews of SOPs and Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation Matrix. Ensure SOX 404 compliance by supporting SOX testing and managing all SOX cycles within the A2R vertical. Facilitate the Global Assurance Audit and statutory account reviews by coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. Lead internal audit processes and coordinate with the Legal team for Board meeting formalities. Required Qualifications- Educational Qualification- MBA in Finance, Chartered Accountant, or a similar postgraduate finance degree. Experience- 1-2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in FMCG, commercial roles, or Big 4 audit firms. Skills-Strong communication and analytical abilities. Ability to adapt to changes and work proactively. Effective cross-functional team coordination skills. Ability to perform well under pressure and be a team player.
