Roles And Responsibilities

  • Drive Kenko’s growth by identifying and engaging potential customers
  • Own lead generation through door-to-door sales, cold calls, emails, and follow-ups—this role involves 80% travel
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and keep account data up to date in HubSpot
  • Partner with Account Executives to set up meetings with qualified prospects
  • Consistently hit outbound prospecting targets and key performance metrics


What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who loves connecting with people and empowering small businesses
  • Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is a plus!


Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, field sales, cold calling, or a similar high-energy role
  • A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and sharp organizational abilities
  • A natural ability to build relationships and connect with decision-makers
  • Experience in SMS/Mid-Market sales is a plus, but a passion for sales is what matters most
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking, email marketing, and reporting
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves hitting goals
