<strong>ABOUT OUR AGENCY:<br></strong>Our agency opened in 1996 and has grown into a strong team of six who work together to serve our customers and community. Before opening the agency, I worked for State Farm corporate and spent time in three different regional offices, gaining valuable experience that helped shape the way I lead and support our team today.<br><br>I’m a graduate of Clemson University, where I completed both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. Being involved in the community is very important to me, and our agency stays actively connected with local schools and community initiatives.<br><br>For our team, we offer a strong commission structure for sales roles, performance-based bonuses, paid time off, a health insurance allowance, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We also place a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.<br><br>Our office culture is collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented. <li>Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.</li>
<li>Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.</li>
<li>Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.</li>
<li>Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.</li>
