We're seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where no two days are the same. Position: Administrative Assistant Schedule: Varies seasonally — full-time (40 hrs/week) during tax season, reduced schedule (approx. 20–30 hrs/week) in the off-season Estimated Average Hours: 30 hours/week annually Rate: $22.00/hour Estimated Annual Salary: ~$35,000 (based on average 30 hrs/week) What You'll Do In this role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of our office and contribute to our team's ongoing success. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client and team interactions Coordinating logistics for meetings and events Assisting with tax return processing and document management Managing a multi-line phone system and ensuring timely communication Providing excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone Supporting a paperless office by scanning and organizing digital documents Helping with social media and newsletter updates Handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Education & Experience High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly A team player with a proactive, flexible attitude Why You'll Love Working With Us 401(k) with matching and profit-sharing Shortened workweeks after peak season Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and disability insurance Generous paid time off to support work-life balance A supportive, team-oriented work culture
