About the role
Keller Executive Search is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
As a UX Designer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to turn user insights into elegant, functional designs. Your work will directly shape the user experience of our clients' digital products.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Develop and maintain user documentation including personas, journey maps, and specifications
Stay current with UX best practices and design trends
Advocate for user-centered design across all product development phases
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
3+ years of experience in UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and user-focused outcomes
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Experience with user research and usability testing
Solid grasp of interaction design principles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
