**Product Marketing Manager** KEKA/0387 Full-Time Hyderabad , Bengaluru 3-6 Years **Product Marketing at Keka** The Keka Product Marketing team is responsible for connecting the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to inform product roadmap and bring new products to market via customer segmentation, value-based messaging, sales enablement, and cross-functional marketing activation. As a Product Marketer at Keka, you will have substantial exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to drive long-term customer and business value at a hyper-growth company. **About the role** We’re looking to grow our Product Marketing team to align with the expansion of our business. In this role, you'll shape the go-to-market strategy for expanding into the US market. You will lead initiatives such as developing buyer personas, supporting marketing promotional efforts, prioritizing roadmap, writing messaging & positioning, and conducting market and competitive research. Our ideal candidate loves product marketing. They tell stories and voice the customer's needs. This person will have stellar communication skills, a proven history of teamwork, and a “get stuff done” attitude. If this sounds like you, get in touch! · Become the market expert by joining sales calls, speaking with customers, and conducting additional customer & market research. · Develop creative ideas that shape our customer engagement, GTM and internal evangelism that are differentiated and help position Keka as a leader. · Develop enablement to empower our team with the resources they need to resonate and solve problems in new industry verticals. · Develop a deep understanding of our customers' voice, share insights with the product team, and influence future product development. · Drive amazing launches to demonstrate innovation and ultimately drive new revenue. · Partner with Customer Marketing and Demand Generation teams to develop content assets for use by marketing and sales teams to differentiate our solution in the market and create urgency for our buyers. · Distil and share key learnings to improve our messaging, product roadmap, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy. · 3-6 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in the software space. · You’ve owned positioning and messaging for a solution, product, or line of products. · Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with attention to detail. · Ability to successfully message our unique differentiation and value proposition in a manner that helps grow revenue. · Proven track record collaborating and driving results across interdisciplinary teams (sales, marketing, product, executives, etc.) · Curious learning machine -- about our market, new verticals, and our customers. · Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across interdisciplinary teams. · Results-oriented team player with a collaborative and “can do” attitude. · Comfortable working in an environment where change is expected. · You are genuinely excited by software products and can talk very comfortably about how they work.
