About the role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for deploying HR SaaS product to new customers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will work closely with the product and sales teams to understand customer needs and map them to the product capabilities. You will be responsible for configuration, training, and handholding the customers through the implementation process.
