Few Key Achievements:Company Valuation: 200 million Approximately Annual Revenue as of 2024: 13-14 million USD. 60-65% Year-on year growth Highest funding in the SaaS Space About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the success of our flagship event, HR Katalyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential sponsors, closing sponsorship deals, and managing post-event relationships to ensure long-term collaboration. If you are a persuasive communicator, a skilled negotiator, and passionate about fostering meaningful partnerships, we want to hear from you! Years of experience: 3- 5yrs Key Responsibilities:Build and nurture relationships: Develop strong rapport with potential sponsors to understand their needs and align them with our event offerings. Sponsorship sales: Identify, approach, and secure sponsorships for HR Katalyst, effectively communicating the value proposition of partnering with us. Post-Event engagement: Maintain and enhance relationships with sponsors post-event to ensure satisfaction and explore future opportunities. Develop sponsorship funnel: Create and manage a sponsorship funnel, tracking leads, negotiations, and closures to achieve sponsorship goals. Travel as needed: Be flexible and willing to travel as required to meet with sponsors and attend events. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sponsorship sales, event management, or a related field. Great negotiator: Possess strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals that benefit both parties. Relationship builder: Prioritize building and maintaining long-term relationships over short-term gains. Value-Driven: Focus on delivering value to partners and fostering trust in every interaction.
