Summer Consultant Program

Kearney's consulting internship program offers you the opportunity to experience management consulting in a uniquely collegial way. From day one, you will make a difference at Kearney, expanding your capabilities and learning more about a career in consulting, while having a fun and rewarding experience. Simply put, you get a 6- to 10-week intro to the firm, its people, and the profession. Through the Kearney internship program, you are given the opportunity to become full members of a consulting team. Together with experienced consultants at clients' sites and in our offices, our interns contribute ideas, opinions, and new information, develop models, perform complex analyses, and work on data-gathering assignments. The program typically begins with an orientation at your local office, followed by training where you learn the tools and methodologies required for success in management consulting. You will be assigned a mentor who will stay actively engaged with your project manager, and together they will offer continuous support and guidance throughout the program.
