Senior Manager, Operations Transformation

The Operations Transformation team at Kearney is focused on helping our clients transform their operations to deliver the greatest impact and value. This role will support our operations transformation work with our clients across a range of sectors. Your Responsibilities: • Lead operations transformation engagements and workstreams, typically involving cross-functional teams • Define and implement improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma and other operational excellence tools and methodologies • Analyze data, identify insights, and recommend actions to drive performance improvement • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating technical concepts to drive action • Develop and lead workshop facilitation, training, and capability building programs • Contribute to the team's knowledge management and continued development of tools and methods Your Background: • 5-10 years of experience in operations consulting or in an industry role leading operational transformations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with operational excellence tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) • Self-starter mentality, comfortable working in a collaborative, global team environment • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
