As an Associate in our Consumer & Retail Practice, you will have the opportunity to:
• Lead the development of innovative strategies and solutions to drive impact for our clients
• Manage workstreams and serve as a key member of project teams, partnering with clients and internal stakeholders
• Build deep relationships with client executives and partners to understand their most pressing business challenges
• Leverage data and analytics to derive actionable insights for our clients
• Collaborate with diverse, global teams to develop and execute insights-driven recommendations
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and help build our Consumer & Retail capabilities
We are looking for candidates with:
• 3-6 years of prior experience in management consulting, consumer products, or retail
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for the Consumer & Retail industry and understanding of current market trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in a business or technical field
