Customer Service Executive

Working in a lovely open plan office, you will be answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries as well as managing the main email inbox. You will be creating quotes on products for customers across the UK and the rest of the world Liaising with the production department on dates for completion and dispatch. Updating and processing customer information on their inhouse CRM systems Updating excel spreadsheets. Sending samples out to customers Working closely with the Sales Managers and their customer Accounts Building rapport with customers over the phone and via email
