About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond where appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business documents, and MIS reports for management review.
- Follow up with departments for updates, action items, and project deadlines.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain data integrity with professionalism.
- Organize business travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Assist in strategic planning, business coordination, and executive decision support.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, government authorities, and senior executives.
- Monitor office administration activities related to the MD’s office.
- Maintain records, files, contracts, and important business documentation.
- Support event management, board meetings, and corporate communication activities
