The Data Management Specialist is responsible for assisting with quality improvement, program evaluation, research, data collection, data entry, and database management for assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilizes pre-built reports to extract and organize data for department and Health Center needs.
- Compiles and organizes data and findings into presentations for internal staff.
- Tracks data management issues and reports to their supervisor.
- Utilizes tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
- Utilizes identified database systems to collect, clean, code, transform, enter, and analyze data.
- Assists in cultivating a productive relationship between Quality & Evaluation and other organization departments
- Monitors data quality and effectively communicates issues and potential solutions for addressing, correcting, or removing poor quality data.
- Organizes and maintains electronic files following protocols.
- Associate's degree in social science, analytics, or similar.
- One year of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in social science, psychology, analytics, or similar.
- Experience in health care or HIV related work.

General working conditions are in a healthcare facility. As such, there is a potential exposure to virus, disease, and infection from patients while performing the duties of this job.
