Kazamer Tax Consultant, a well-established firm providing expert tax and financial advisory services in Dubai, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily HR operations including employee records, contracts, and documentation Coordinate recruitment processes: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and resolve routine issues Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred Good understanding of HR practices and UAE labor laws Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word Organized, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
