Responsibilities: IT System Management: Administer and maintain servers, operating systems, databases, and networking equipment. System Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure seamless connectivity. Security: Implement firewalls, antivirus programs, encryption, security patches, and maintain network security measures. Backup & Recovery: Manage backups and disaster recovery plans for business continuity. Collaboration & Documentation: Work with IT teams for software and hardware deployment, and document system configurations. Server & Network Management: Set up and manage email, file, and web servers; manage user accounts and permissions. System Upgrades: Upgrade and migrate systems for secure and stable operations. Desktop Management: Manage and maintain 50+ desktops, ensuring smooth operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 2-3 years of experience with MS Exchange, Office 365, Windows Servers & Desktop; LAN/WAN administration. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of OS (Windows Server, Linux, macOS), networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
