Responsibilities
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.Analyse market trends and create marketing strategies.Identify new markets/applications to penetrate and create business strategies for the same.Effectively communicate our core value proposition and vision to potential customers.Set up distribution channels.Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requirements.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our expertise and capabilities.Consistently meet sales targets and help expand customer bases.
Requirements
Bachelors in Engineering and 3-4 years of industry experience.Experience in setting up distribution channels related to solar or solar components or batteries.Knowledge of market research and sales strategies, specifically B2B.Experience in the solar and/or EPC industry is preferred and appreciated.Proactive with strong communication skills.A nuanced understanding of the company's product and business model.Problem-solving skills.Ability to network and build lasting relationships.
