Trainee program as a path to your career: During your 18-month traineeship, you will optimally prepare for the position of store manager/branch manager.
Your personal responsibility is required: You will be responsible for implementing your own project.
Your support is top-notch: You support your team and the store manager in your Kaufland branch in planning and organizing all operational activities.
Always keep an eye on the numbers: Learn how to handle relevant key performance indicators and actively optimize our processes.
Gain detailed insights: You will learn about important interface areas such as purchasing and logistics.

This is what we offer
Your salary: Starting salary of €54,000 gross per year. You will also receive a permanent employment contract.
Your free time: 6 weeks of vacation per year to recharge your batteries.
