SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of organizational programs and projects. Ensure programs operate efficiently by coordinating schedules, communications, documentation, resources, and stakeholder engagement. Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and community partners to support successful program outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day program activities and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain program schedules, calendars, reports, and documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for program participants, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist with planning meetings, events, trainings, and workshops.
- Track program metrics, budgets, invoices, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor program compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare presentations, status updates, and communication materials.
- Support onboarding and coordination of staff, contractors, or volunteers associated with programs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to program operations.
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic program goals and initiatives.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
None.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in program coordination, project support, administration, or a related role.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

- Familiarity with project management software and reporting systems.

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 10%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 10%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is expected to be remote; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of seeing up close and sitting for extended periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, telephone, copier, and printer. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse.
