About the role

Support the Rating Career Domain Continuum (RCDC) Task Order under the Navy's Learning Stack (LS) program by enabling secure, compliant, and scalable continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines within Navy-approved RPOC environments, aligned with the Rapid Assess and Incorporate Software Engineering (RAISE) 2.0 standards. Build, maintain, and secure containerized application delivery pipelines, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity requirements, and supporting software sustainment operations across RCDC agile release trains. Coordinate closely with cybersecurity engineers, cloud architects, software developers, and Navy RPOC technical teams. Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines within RPOC-approved toolchains (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Harbor, Nexus, Kubernetes, Keycloak). Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment pipelines using Terraform and Ansible. Manage and secure containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes under RMF guidelines. Integrate vulnerability scanning, container security, static application security testing (SAST), and dynamic application security testing (DAST) into pipelines. Support continuous authorization (ATO) efforts by producing secure configuration baselines, scan results, and eMASS artifacts. Work with Systems Engineers and Business Analysts to ensure technical requirements align with secure deployment strategies. Assist in technical preparation for TRRs, FTRs, and stakeholder demos by ensuring deployable artifacts meet quality and security gates. Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues and provide technical escalation support during build, test, and release phases. Comply with Navy Cloud Broker policies, DON Application and Database Management System (DADMS) requirements, and FAM approvals. Support Incident Response (IR) plans and contribute to Cybersecurity Risk Management (POA&M) activities. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
