- Build Scalable Testing platform and avoid manual-style test creation
- Experienced on framework designing e.g. proper patterns (page objects, flows, utilities, base classes etc), not the out-of-the-box test case building methods intended for non-technical users.
- CI/CD Strategy and implementation
- Standards & Best Practices
- Establish naming conventions for objects, test cases, keywords, and page classes.
- Set coding guidelines (no hard-coded credentials, proper waits, reusable flows instead of raw WebUI steps).
- Own the Git branching strategy and code review process.
