<strong><br>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<li>Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.</li>
<li>Assist in handling incoming inquiries, process payments and maintaining customer records.</li>
<li>Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.</li>
<li>Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.</li>

<li>Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li>
