Management Trainee - Strategic Account Growth JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a Management Trainee - Strategic Account Growth to join our team at Kapture CX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives for our key accounts. This includes identifying new opportunities, driving cross-sell and upsell strategies, and managing key client relationships. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic growth plans for key accounts - Identify new opportunities for expanding our footprint within existing clients - Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives to increase revenue from key accounts - Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with various internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, etc.) to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth avenues - Provide regular updates and insights to management on account performance and growth strategies Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in a strategic account management or business development role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with C-suite executives - Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
