We're looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Engineering to join our agile, customer-focused team at Kapture CX. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading, mentoring, our engineering talent while delivering top-tier software solutions for customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding and growing our engineering team, championing best practices, and partnering closely with other departments to align our technology vision with our business goals. As VP of Engineering, you will set the technical direction in collaboration with Software Developers and lead Scrum teams to bring innovative ideas to life, embodying Kapture CX's values at every step.
