UI/UX Designer

We're on the lookout for a UX Designer who's also a design all-rounder—someone who can not only create intuitive and delightful digital experiences but also contribute across various design needs in a fast-paced startup. If you enjoy switching between UI/UX design, marketing creatives, event collaterals, swag design, and website graphics, this role is for you! All you have to do is push your changes to your version control and Kapstan takes care of the rest! What You'll Do: Work on UI/UX design for our platform. Create marketing and event collaterals, including social media creatives, presentation decks, and print materials, as and when needed. Design swag and merchandise—think stickers, t-shirts, and fun branded items. Assist in website updates, including minor UI changes and visual enhancements. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to bring designs to life. What We're Looking For: 0-1 year of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that showcases strong design thinking. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Ability to switch between digital, print, and branding projects with ease. Understanding of basic front-end principles (not coding, but how design translates to development). A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills—teamwork is everything!
