About the role
Kanvic's Future Leaders Fellowship offers the opportunity to fast-track your career in strategy consulting. Fellows will have immediate client facing responsibilities and work at the forefront of the key strategic issues faced by leading multinational and Indian businesses. Candidates who successfully complete the Fellowship will join the firm at the level of Consultant or Senior Consultant.
Candidates selected for the Future Leaders Fellowship will have the opportunity to explore their leadership potential through:- Playing an active client facing role in all aspects of strategy development and implementation
- Managing project workstreams and teams of analysts and associate consultants
- Structuring and integrating complex strategic analyses
- Leading practice development initiatives in focused functions and industries
- One-to-one mentoring and leadership development from Kanvic's management team
