Business Analyst

Working as part of the central team, the role involves providing Subject Matter Expertise to the development team of our core TV Audience Measurement backend processing system. This system is a key part of the overall Kantar solution to process meter data capturing audio and other measurement techniques from the panel home, to match it against a set of channel references and ultimately through the backend processing system, provide a coherent and accurate report on what people are watching on their TV possibly through other devices. The system is modular with data being processed and edited through various stages but has complexities in how viewing data is transformed from data collection to final output. Role Responsibilities: Engage with Product team to design solutions Working closely with the Product Owner within Agile scrum team to take items from the Product Backlog and take ownership in writing specifications for the development team to implement those features Help validate final solution meets all the requirements Collaborate with service and other central teams in supporting data queries and help with resolving identified issues through solutions to implement Maintain documentation created, including in Confluence Guide development team members with their domain expertise
