The Customer Experience Lead is responsible for proactively driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by leading a team focused on delivering interactions that exceed expectations. This role involves developing and executing ongoing inside sales strategies while anticipating and surpassing customer needs. The ideal candidate possesses advanced cash management expertise and is committed to creating seamless and efficient shopping experience for every customer.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all cash register operations, ensuring each station is properly stocked with adequate cash and change
· Lead, train, and support cashiers while fostering a positive and productive work environment
· Manage daily sales floor operations while protecting company assets
· Drive inside sales by promoting products, upselling, and meeting sales targets
· Deliver exceptional customer service, including effectively handling and resolving customer concerns
· Supervise the checkout area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
· Act as the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and issues
· Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members to support efficient operations
· Create and manage cashier schedules, ensuring proper shift coverage and timely breaks
· Partner with the warehouse manager to ensure accurate and timely order pickups
· Oversee Customer Service Associates in handling transactions, accounts receivable, and cash room operations
Qualifications
· 2–3+ years leading teams in retail or customer-facing roles
· Cash handling and register reconciliation experience
· Sales experience with ability to drive results
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Experience training and developing team members
· Ability to lift 15+ pounds
