Material Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities 1.Inventory Management Supervise and manage raw material inventory within the warehouse. Track inventory movement between warehouse and stitching factory. Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock audits. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely material availability. 2.Production & Quality Inspection Conduct in-process quality checks during garment manufacturing. Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications. Report and document any quality issues or non-conformities. 3.Logistics & Documentation Support outbound logistics and dispatch of finished products. Prepare and manage shipment documents including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 4.General Support Assist in improving operational processes in warehouse and production areas. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company compliance standards. Liaise with internal departments to support day-to-day operations. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse or materials management, or production supervision, ideally within the garment manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of inventory control and quality inspection procedures. Experience in coordinating logistics and handling shipment documentation. Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with inventory systems such as SAP is an advantage. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and organizational skills. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
