Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kannada Voice Process Associate based in Coimbatore. The role involves providing high-quality customer service in Kannada, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling and processing customer requests, managing financial and process-related queries, adhering to organizational standards, and meeting performance metrics. The role requires a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills in Kannada and English
- Proficiency in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations and processes
- Analytical Skills with a focus on problem-solving and adaptability
- Understanding of Finance concepts and processes
- Intermediate-level computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in voice-based customer support or BPO roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is desirable
