8+ years developing production real-time firmware in C/C++ including 2+ years leading firmware modules or a small team; expert hands-on C/C++ in resource-constrained systems; firmware experience on retimer, PHY, AEC, or comparable high-speed product; RISC-V/ARM bare-metal or RTOS; bring-up experience with JTAG; Python, Git/GitLab, Make/CMake, CI, unit/integration testing, static analysis; BS in EE, CE, or CS or equivalent.
