About Blissclub :
We are a fast-growing D2C brand operating through our website/app, retail stores, and marketplace channels like Myntra and Amazon.
We are seeking a highly skilled KAM to join our team. The person should be a self-driven individual with an ability to hustle and foster strong collaboration across teams.
As a KAM, you will work in the Growth Team to manage Marketplace channels driving growth.
Responsibilities:
- Sales forecasting: Monthly monitoring of budgeting, ROI, cost forecast to actual burn rate
- Manage marketplace listings through the cataloguing team
- Managing revenue operations, business performance tracking, and growth analysis across marketplace channels, especially Myntra & Flipkart
- Monitoring the end to end P&L for the platforms
- Brainstorming with cross-functional teams / Marketplace to identify whitespaces
- Research Market trends and Conduct Competitive analysis & price parity
- Manage and control all aspects of stock management of the brand
- Determining additional needed sales promotion
- Process improvement to ensure a high delivery of service standards by automating processes and procedures. Build governance mechanisms to ensure process compliance
- Maintaining automated dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems for business visibility and decision support.
- Drive overall customer product experience - setup and improve key processes across customer order to fulfilment journey up to the last mile delivery.

- Ability to manage different projects at the same time
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Marketplace role, or similar role in a startup or D2C environment. Past experience with Myntra/Flipkart is needed
- Should have a clear understanding of managing Myntra and Flipkart ads panels
- Strong proficiency in Excel (experience with SQL and BI tools, is a plus).
- Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and growth strategies.
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse problem areas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with both eCommerce and D2C business models.
- Experience working with data visualization tools.
- Experience data-driven decision-making through structured reporting, analytical frameworks, and performance monitoring.
