- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customer to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- Identify new avenues for business development and sales leads
- Research key customer wants and needs; suggest appropriate solutions from the basket of offerings at Home and Hospitality
- Communicate new product developments to prospective clients, collect feedback on performance and channel the same back to NPD team
- Ensures sales funnel is sufficient to achieve the Sales Goals and forecast based on the adequacy of the same
- Identify ways to improve sales funnel, by interacting the prospective clients
- Price negotiation and act as one-point contact for the customer for the solutions
- Solely responsible for implementation of the marketing activities of the region among the influencers
- Measure, track, analyze and report key account metrics
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Nature of Experience:
- Excellent track record in Project Sales
- Proven experience in selling concept and technical solutions in Residential Segment
- Handling Key influencers like Residential & Commercial Builders, Architects and ID's
- Managing large and complex key accounts
