About the role
Lead a team of associates and provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions to assess progress and provide feedback. Track individual and team sales performance against targets and objectives. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members, enhancing their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills. Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate training sessions to address those gaps. Build and maintain strong relationships with the parents and students in the pipeline. Maintain a high applications to admissions ratio by running an effective conversion process
