About the role

As the Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in a designated region. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve annual revenue targets - Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team - Identifying and nurturing key customer relationships to drive new business opportunities - Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies - Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support teams - Demonstrating strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills The ideal candidate will have: - 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a B2B or SaaS environment - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Deep understanding of the logistics/supply chain industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - MBA or equivalent degree preferred
