Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an Auto Body Technician to join our team in the Omaha metro.
This is a busy, production-driven shop with steady work coming from across Omaha, Council Bluffs, Bellevue, and surrounding areas. The work is here — and it stays moving.
We’re looking for technicians who take pride in doing repairs the right way — OEM procedures, no shortcuts, no patchwork.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs to OEM standards
- Work in a production-focused shop that keeps cars moving
- Use modern equipment and proper repair procedures
- Deliver safe, high-quality repairs you stand behind

- Auto body / collision repair experience (all levels considered)
- Reliable and ready to work every day
- Takes pride in quality and efficiency
- Team-oriented mindset
