This includes information such as, for example, your name, address, telephone number and date of birth, but also data relating to your specific career etc. by reference to which a specific individual can be identified with reasonable effort. However, information which cannot be (in)directly associated with your real-life identity is not personal data. Purposes of processing personal data as part of the application process If you apply to us electronically, i.e. via e-mail or using our online form, we will collect and process your personal data for the purpose of conducting the application process including preparing your onboarding or dismissing your application. By submitting an application via our recruitment website, you express your interest in taking up work with us. In this context, you transmit personal data, which we will use and store exclusively for the purpose of your job search / application process. Subject to your consent, we may also temporarily add your application to our Talent Pool in order to identify any other vacancies that may be of interest to you (also see the Section on Storage below). The following data is collected during this process: Categories of personal data The processed categories of personal data include: your master data (such as first name(s), surname, nationality, your date of birth, potential starting date and your payment proposal). contact details (such as private address, (mobile) telephone number, email address). You may also upload your CV and additional application documents such as certificates. These may contain additional personal data such as regarding your education and qualifications. Your personal data is collected directly from you as part of the recruitment process. In certain constellations, your personal data is also collected from other bodies due to legal regulations. In addition, we may have received data from third parties (e.g. job placement). We also process personal data that we have legitimately obtained from publicly accessible sources (e.g. professional and social networks).
