Senior Blockchain Developer

Kaia aspires to be a blockchain platform that is straightforward and easy to use for normal users and developers alike. We build products to assist development on top of the fastest blockchain in the world. Our goal is to provide everything about blockchain - from the platform itself to development tools and actual applications. Responsibilities: Partner Onboarding and Collaboration: Collaborate with ecosystem partners, developers, and startups to integrate their solutions into the ecosystem. Provide technical guidance, SDKs, and documentation to simplify onboarding for new participants. Act as a liaison between the development team and external partners to ensure seamless technical implementation. Tool and API Development: Build robust developer tools, APIs, and frameworks to support third-party dApp developers. Maintain and improve libraries or templates that enable faster development within the ecosystem. Ensure tools and APIs are well-documented and developer-friendly. Ecosystem Integration: Design and implement solutions that allow seamless integration between ecosystem components, such as wallets, oracles, decentralized storage, and bridges. Address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the current ecosystem to streamline operations. Prototyping and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs): Develop proof-of-concept applications showcasing the ecosystem's capabilities to attract potential partners and users. Explore innovative use cases, such as DeFi, NFTs, or gaming, to expand the ecosystem's scope. Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in blockchain programming languages ( Solidity, JS, GoLang, ReactJs, NodeJS). Experience with smart contract development and deployment on major blockchain platforms. Familiarity with token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, etc.). Experience with database technologies (Postgres, MySql) Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. Experience working on DeFi, NFT platforms, or similar blockchain-based solutions is a plus. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with developer communities, including running developer advocacy programs. Language Preferred: English & Korean. Mandarin is a plus
