Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site KAE (Key Account Executive) role located in Patna. The KAE will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, executing client engagement strategies, and identifying opportunities to increase business growth and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely service delivery, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presentations, negotiations, and resolving customer concerns.
- Sales and marketing acumen, including business development, target achievement, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and diagnostics industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use CRM tools effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach to resolving challenges.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally within the designated region for client meetings.
