Growth Manager (Marketing with AI Skills)

Location: Jaipur / Northern Rajasthan (Hybrid)

Function: Marketing & Growth • Reports to: Head of Marketing & Growth

Experience: 1–2 years (strong internships/projects count)

Own day-to-day growth execution at Kaabil Finance. Set up channels and systems, use generative AI to speed content and ops, and keep projects moving—planning under leadership guidance, executing end-to-end.

• Set up and run all marketing channels (LinkedIn, Website/Blog, Email, WhatsApp, YouTube/IG) end-to-end.
• Build and maintain basic MarTech & analytics (GA4, UTMs, simple dashboards, CRM/lead routing, link tracking, consent logs).
• Create and manage a single campaign calendar and ensure on-time publishing.
• Translate goals into simple plans and 2-week sprints; track owners, timelines, and status.
• Use generative AI to draft copy/visuals, create variants, and maintain tone kits & prompt libraries.
• Automate internal and customer communications (WhatsApp/SMS/Email) incl. DLT-compliant consent templates and message flows.
• Lead website updates and landing pages with clear CTAs for investor/lender/employee/borrower journeys.
• Run basic growth experiments (A/Bs), read results, and suggest next steps.
• Operate content ops: brief → copy → Canva assets → review → schedule → publish.
• Coordinate freelancers/vendors and collaborate with product, credit, and branch teams.
• Support PR/awards, capture testimonials/case stories, and keep brand assets organized.
• Keep SOPs, checklists, and documentation tidy and current.

• 1–2 years in growth/marketing (fintech/NBFC/B2B is a plus; internships/projects welcome).
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business or email automation, Website CMS (WordPress/Webflow).
• Working knowledge of GA4, UTMs, and spreadsheets; basic Canva (or Figma) skills.
• Comfortable using generative AI tools for content and operations.
• Strong written English & Hindi; organized, proactive, bias-to-action.

• Exposure to DLT templates/consent, CRM workflows, simple video edits, or basic SEO/PR.
